Bio:
A. Taylor McFall is a lyricist and songwriter from the Flint Hills of Kansas. Mostly self-taught, mostly original, mostly alright. Still trying to figure out how to use this baritone voice properly. Taylor is best known in the music world as a founding member of Philosophy of Lions and performs the original acoustic versions of songs from that project as well as other songs he’s written over the years which were never performed with PoL.
Description of Show:
It’s a man and his guitar, if you’ve seen a singer-songwriter then you’ll know what to expect. Genre is not strictly defined, but alt-indie is a broad enough category to capture it. Topics and themes of songs are varied, but coalesce around a search for meaning, growth, and health while acknowledging messiness, imperfection and failure. Expect a professional performance focused on the music. Agreed upon start and finish times are respected, volume is appropriate to the setting, no drama or controversy.
